A. Discovery meetings may be conducted virtually or in-person. Typically, many stakeholders are involved in the decision- making process; therefore, at the discretion of the organization, discovery meetings may be conducted virtually or in-person.

A. For the safety and protection against the COVID pandemic all sessions will be conducted virtually. This enables the flexibility to meet from anywhere.

Q. What forms of payment are acceptable?

A. As an e-commerce site we currently accept credit card payments through paypal and Zelle.

Organizations may remit payments by electric fund transfers or checks via the business corporate account.

Q. How long is the complimentary session?

A. The complimentary session is in duration of 15 minutes for individuals to provide an overview of concerns to your coach. This helps to determine if it's mutually a good fit.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We require a 24 - hour cancellation notice directly to your coach if you are unable to attend a pre-scheduled session. Clients will be charged for any scheduled session if less than 24 - hour notice is given
